I'll change the totals myself, so just put in your own numbers for now. The percentages will probably lag behind a little bit because I don't want to do the math every half hour. It'll be updated every few hours unless someone else decides to do it.
By the looks of this event I can guess the max % chance to attain items maybe...

1~2% Children's Day Robe
0.5~1% White Tiger Robe
It seems even worse for rarer items, since they are technically not even 1 percent.
I added my data and will update it as it goes on. It is from Alexina server, I don't see the results being different per server. If you want to remove it feel free, but I suggest renaming the table for just general data.
32 gift boxes: 30 balloons, an Orange Robe and Children's Day Robe (F).
My friend has gone through 21 gift boxes and all he got was balloons. :\
42 boxes so far and 40 boxes and 1 white tiger robe with 1 sea bream robe. Honestly I seen 20+ people only getting nothing but balloons and not even one prize yet.
My friend and I both got 88 balloons, 1 White Tiger Robe, 1 Orange Robe (it's pink, so it's a peach?! o-o), and 1 Children's Day Robe (M).
I'm ashamed to say that we've been doing this all day >_>
176 boxes, 2 children day robe M, 3 children day robe F, Tiger Robe, Orange Robe, 169 balloon kits :)
Update: 372 boxes 364 balloons 1 Children's Day robe (F) 3 White tiger robe 3 Sea Bream robe 1 Shark Robe
Over 600 gifts = 3 tiger and sea bream robes, 2 children's day robe (F), 2 jester and orange robes.
From what I can tell there is no preschool outfit or hat nor mushroom robe, just based on what I've gotten so far.
