Is this special inventory limited to premium service as well?

No, it is available to everyone.

Out of curiosity, can you store Passes inside the Special Tab?

Can't store Elite shadow mission passes in the Special tab, no idea about other passes yet.

No, you can't store any passes in the special inventory. It's for items that you cannot normally get rid of, basically.

Some -only item's aren't affected. In my experience: Wedding Ring, Family Emblem, the Monocle from G11, Swim Trunks. It might be helpful to come up with a list and mention it on the page.

The -only items are only affected if the item was upgraded or specialized enchant(?).

Special Upgrades work too. Not sure about Spirit Weapons. Then again, Brionac isn't upgraded or enchanted.

And Kevin, you can put Adniel's Horn in there and it is ridable.

I thought the Bugle was a Quest Item.

In technicality, the Underground Waterway Pass is a Pass, and it can be placed in the Special Inventory.

It is a Quest item, though, and one that serves no purpose besides just existing.

Edit: Actually, there is another pass that's storable, and it's that G3 final pass for Baol Dungeon.

What about the other Gen passes?

The Barri Dungeon Pass for Paladin-in-Training can be stored into the Special Inventory as well. So I suppose all of the Gen Passes can be.

Admiral Owen's box goes in there. Spent like 12 hours fishing in belvast, and saw no boxes. fiured it was a rare item until i checked my special inventory and saw 8 of them!

Just curious for the future and can't really check yet, but what about the locked items that get bound to you temporarily? It'd be nice if those could go in there, too. Since they are technically personalized for that time being.. anyone know?
