Shield (Technique)

Shield is a Technique that blocks damage equal to a percentage of the caster's Max HP. Applies to party members within a short distance of the caster. |
Details
- The shield will absorb damage up to a certain amount while it is active.
- Shield does not require any Phantasmal Remnant or Amalgam to use.
- The shield will only stay up for 10 seconds, whether the player is hit or not.
- The number of party members that can benefit from the shield is dependant on the Technique's level.

Obtaining the Technique
- Unlocked during the G24 quest "Moonlight of Death".
Requirements for activation
- own journal Reach spirit level 30.
- Sub-skill Magic Dampening level 5 or higher.
- Spinning Uppercut rank 1 or above.
- Smokescreen rank 1 or above.
- Spirit Weapon equipped.
