Paints and other candy jar items

Has anyone actually gotten those paints and candy weapons straight from fishing? I've been at it all day and never got any homestead items or candy items or paints straight from fishing. Only got them from the jars.

Yeah I don't think they come from fishing, just the jars.

Should I remove that part on this list then? Anyone get them straight from fishing and not jars?

Nope. Pretty sure they're all candy jar items.

Okay, now what about homestead props? Has anyone gotten any of those that didn't come from the jars? I don't know anyone in game who did.

Nor have I. All the homestead props I've gotten were from the jars, not fishing.

Well there's one more thing I question. Might be off topic sort of, but has anyone gotten a mandrake. I don't know anyone who got one, but I have surely gotten over 100 of each of the other herbs by now. I really doubt that it would be so extremely rare for no real reason, but I just want to make sure.

No mandrakes here either.

Non either. I must've ran through 8 boxes of baits, and I've yet to grab one.

I think i got 2 mandrakes in the beginning, but i don't remember if it was from fishing of from jars.
