Culinary Artist is considered a giant...? The patch notes said "Being a giant, his portions tend to be a bit... large, so if you ever happen to meet him be sure to bring your appetite!" Though it could be taken the wrong way again...?
He seems to have the physique of a giant. I've never seen a Human NPC with a face that fat.
But where have you seen a giant with a face that fat?
The chubbiest human I could find was Guildenstern. This game is very anti-obesity.
I'm going to take a shot in the dark and say that his reason for removing the race from Culinary Artist is supposed to be backed up here. However it isn't.
