Does This Work on Exclusive Enchants?

Ar enchants considered personalized item, or are they just untradeable?

It says "Exclusive" but I don't even know.

If the item was personalized through enchants or upgrades, it will work to my understanding.

Not quite sure what you're asking, but if you're asking about the scrolls themselves, then exclusive enchant scrolls are untradeable and you can't use a trade unlock pot on them.

So, how exactly does this thing work?

Say I took a count enchanted cooking pot and then enchanted abysmal over it. Abysmal isn't a personalizing enchant, so would it still keep the personalization effect after trading it, or is the personalizing trait removed and then reapplied due to personalizing factors such as upgrades?
