Notes & Advice Notes Spawns every hour. Although the event description says it can only be hit with Ranged Attacks, any attack including Melee can still hit it as it is truly not using Flight. When it appears, the brightness within Rano increases. Advice Cannot be frozen by Ice Spear. However, it can be frozen by Elven Magic Missile.
