Simple question: Does it actually violate any rules/preferences in having your character's underwear showing in an image? A couple of my images have been replaced because of it, but looking around, I've seen nothing that actually says that it's disallowed. I take my clothing screenshots without body clothing on for the boots/gloves/hats in order to keep them from being potentially distracting, or confuse someone into thinking something may be part of a set that it doesn't belong to.
Better wait for a Decepticon or Admin to respond, but as far as I can see, Naked images are not against the rules. In fact, the policy prefers as little distracting details as possible, so if that was the only reason it was replaced, that would be against the rules (assuming Naked images are not against the rules). If it's just because the underwear is showing, it might be because it needs better cropping. Can you show examples of images you've uploaded that were replaced because of nudity?
The most recent one is the battle school gloves: http://wiki.mabinogiworld.com/view/File:Battle_School_Gloves_(M)_Equipped_Front.png
I also posted one of (what was assumed to be at the time) r1 rest (using a maid to get the effect), and it was replaced by someone in a quite clipping outfit later, but I can't seem to find it.
The reason as to why I replaced the Battle School Gloves (M) images was to have a clearer view of the side image, where the details are shown. In the old image, the details could not be seen as clearly as the one I've uploaded (ex. the rectangle metal bands, the diamond braces). The new image is of higher quality and has a closer zoom in on the item. I remember on one of the old threads I read, it was said that it would be preferred to have non-nude models, if possible.
I think this has been discussed before on some other glove or user page, but I don't remember. I think they said non nude images were preferable.
Personally I prefer clothed characters for gloves so that the arm and hand contrasts with the body. Especially on side views: http://wiki.mabinogiworld.com/view/File:Battle_School_Gloves_(M)_Equipped_Side.png
Remember to turn Glow Effects off when taking pictures! IIRC it's the '*' hotkey on the numpad or it's in the options menu.
Ok, so this may be a dumb question, but... How do you edit repair costs? Or anything in that box, for that matter..? Thanks for the help.
Could you take them in a PNG form, rather than JPG? Thanks :D
Don't use mods to show what monsters look like if it is blatantly obvious that it is a mod and they don't go where they're shown. That grenadier picture actually violates the policy.
Its not a mod. They appear in the new player beginner quests, in which you fight in the shadow realm Tara Castle, therefor, no policies are violated.
Then you uploaded it to the wrong monster. The training dummy versions are different. Go to this page.
Then someone should change the Grenadier's page so that it doesn't say that it appears there. Either way, I did nothing wrong, or it wasn't my fault.
Hello, I'd just like to ask if you could retake your images for the Space Cat Clothes (For Male) without any other items equipped! Thanks!
