Advancement Test Hall/Water Cannon
Description

General Tips
- Your Chain Cylinder, Flame Burst, Rain Casting, Wind Blast, and Sand Burst ranks will carry over into the test, so having higher ranks would be useful.
- Some Close Combat skills will also carry over. These are Smash, Defense, Counterattack, Windmill, Assault Slash, Combat Mastery, and Critical Hit.
- It is recommended to have rank 1 Rain Casting to freely Water Cannon without worry of aggro.
- To safely use Rain Casting, you can kill all of the enemies except one, which you can then blind with Sand Burst.
- Specifically, this is best done before the boss wave as the Shadow Wizards will multi-aggro you, teleport, and are capable of stun-locking you.
- You will get bonus points based on half of your highest Water Cannon hit.
- Collect all the MP potions because you start with reduced current MP, which Water Cannon damage scales off of.
- Water Cannon does more damage the closer the player is to their target, and also gets a bonus for being used while under a rain cloud.
- A critical hit with all of the above could very easily equal half of the total SS-rank requirement, even for the Dan 3 test.
- It is recommended to kill the Blinker first as you are unable to attack while subjected to their Beholder Beam Attack.
- Using Sand Burst is recommended; alternatively use Chain Cylinder or Smash it to death.
- Since the final repeating round of enemies give an additional 50 points per hit, it is recommend to get to the final round as quickly as possible.
- Using Windmill to clear waves while you wait for Chain Cylinder's cooldown is an effective strategy.
- The estimated bonus score for the maximum damage of the skill is announced when attacking.
