Food Effects (Long Term)

Basic Information
- Food affects the character's physical appearance when consumed.
- Semi-permanent stat boosts will be applied to the character if food is consumed.
- The increase will be removed once the character rebirths.
- The maximum stat point change is 100 points per stat.
- Formula for stat change: (Stat Boost In Chart * Hunger Filled) / (Hunger Fill In Chart * 20 * Current Age of Character)
- The character must be hungry when consuming the food in order for it to count towards getting the stat boost. If food is eaten when there is only one point of hunger, but it can fill up to 6 points of hunger, then only that single point must be used in the formula.
- The stat change from a single food item is random, and may not include all possible stats.
- Sitting at a campfire or on a chair will halve the amount of hunger filled without affecting the formula.
- Luck is no longer be affected by semi-permanent stat regardless of chart values below. Prior to the November 4th, 2021 Reflections: Reforged update, Dex was also not affected correctly by food and has now been fixed.
- Despite common misconception, both raw and cooked food can contribute permanent stat increases.
