Letter of Guarantee
Basic Information
- These Letters are used to give your Commerce a boost, granting more Gold, Ducats, and Experience earned.
- Letters do not give a boost to your merchant credit rating.
- Extra rewards are not given when trading the daily trade good with the Smuggler, however.
- The percentile bonus is additive with the bonuses from Commerce Mastery
- Upon using one, you will be prompted, confirming that you would like to use the Letter of Guarantee.
- Upon accepting, you will receive a certain amount of Ducats.
- You cannot use multiple letters together.
- After speaking to the Goblin Trade Helper NPC, selecting the Close button in the Trading Interface will display a message box confirming if you would like to stop using the Letter.
- You must select Okay in order to exit the Trading Interface.
- Selecting Cancel will return you back to the Trading Interface.

Ogre

A Letter of Guarantee issued by an Ogre that assures the holder of the quality of the associated trade goods. Using it will increase the Gold, EXP, and Seasonal Ducat profits earned from selling trade goods by up to 30%, and 15% more from the total sales of barter goods. The letter also has value in its own right, granting 300 Seasonal Ducats immediately upon use.

Using it will increase the EXP and Seasonal Ducat profits earned from selling trade goods by up to 300%, and 75% more from the total sales of barter goods (Excluding Gold). The letter also has value in its own right, granting 3,000 Seasonal Ducats immediately upon use. If you look closely, there is something written in scribbly handwriting at the bottom of the letter in what you suspect may be crayon.
