A reforging tool for detailed work. Has a varying chance to grant attributes to items that can be reforged, potentially upgrading them to Rank 1. These tools grant new attributes each time they are used, so if a piece of equipment already has an attribute on it, you will need to consider whether to try for a better combination of attributes.
