This is an L-Rod, bestowed by the Spirit of Wind, and it has the power to dig through ice and snow. If you use the Land Maker action while holding this, you can dig through the thick layer of snow at the Physis snowfield.
When using the Detect action to search for artifacts; the light will shine longer and it will beep louder and more frequently the closer you approach the artifact. If the sound beeps consecutively 4 times, it means that the hidden artifact is very close. When this happens, you should immediately press the hotkey '<hotkey>' and use the mouse cursor to click near the area where you think the artifact is.

• The Snowfield L-Rod will dig a hole into the ground with the Land Maker Action and is also used with the L-Rod Exploration action.
  
• Exploration can only be done in the Iria continent.
  • Exploration via the Snowfield L-Rod at night will receive extra Nighttime Exploration EXP.

Limitations

• When purchased from Krug, the Snowfield L-Rod can only be equipped by Giants, but can be purchased and stored by Humans. If a Giant-allied Human talks to Krug with a Snowfield L-Rod in their inventory and at least level 5 Exploration, he will allow them to exchange the Giant-only L-Rod for a Human-only version.
• Important: The Land Maker action will only work for an allied Humans, however, the L-Rod Exploration action will work whether a Human is allied or not. Also, a Human-only Snowfield L-Rod cannot be stored on pets, whereas the Giant-only version can be.
