Succubus

Basic Information

• Defeating a succubus grants "the Succubus Slayer" title. Taming a succubus via Taming Wild Animals, Control of Darkness, Magical Music, or Enthralling Performance grants the "who Seduced a Succubus" title.
• If a player is normal mode when confronting a succubus, she will notice the player, talk, and walk around them. After a while she will use a Normal Attack. This process repeats itself.
  • Advance succubi will attempt to use any of their skills to force the player into combat mode, including Windmill.
  • If a player is in combat mode, she will aggressively aggro instead.
• Succubi drop aggro rather quickly compared to other monsters.
• Succubi only spawn when there are a certain amount of players in Rabbie Dungeon. This varies by the pass used to enter the dungeon.

Notes & Advice Notes Is capable of chaining Gunslinger skills extremely fast, to the point of stunlocking the player. Tends to use Way of the Gun when hit repeatedly. Has a chance to give the player Succubus Scriptures upon being hit (if the player has the Dreamy Story quest.) Only the versions that spawn in rooms drop items, Fiends summoned by the Succubus Queen drop nothing. Tends to switch aggro to different players frequently. Equipped with Celtic Dowra Ace that have 2,000 bullet magazines. Advice It is heavily recommended to take down Succubus Fiends first before attacking any other monster.

Notes & Advice Notes Only spawns when there is only one player in Rabbie Dungeon prior to opening the boss door, otherwise Goblin Archers and Gold Goblins appear instead. Players who have left may return by dropping the same item used to enter the dungeon after the succubus is spawned. Using Counterattack against her causes her to visually lose clothing. Notes & Advice Notes Taking her out should be top priority. Immune to magic attacks. Play Dead is risky because she may use Windmill when you are near her. Cycles between a sword to attack and a Healing Wand to cast Healing on other injured monsters, however she may still attack with her wand. Prefers to use Healing over attacking. Notes & Advice Notes Has many "down times" where she will stand idle for a few seconds before resuming her attack. Never uses Smash except until a special circumstance. The player must successfully stop her Sweet Illusion attack in order for her to use it. If the player successfully lands a Counterattack, she will be knocked down and stunned for a few seconds, leaving her open to attack. Additionally, a critical hit will result in her losing pieces of her clothing; this can be done twice. Has special skills that inflict the stacking Safeguard debuff, which reduces damage dealt to her. Safeguard can stack 3 times, and 1 layer is removed every minute. Summons Succubus Fiends at the start of the round. Killing more than one will cause more to spawn in. She summons two on Mirror, and four on Normal. Advice It is recommended to shave down her Protection by using Brionac with Shock or Awakening of Light. Since many players fail to stop Sweet Illusion, the best option is to inflict wounds as fast as possible, or damage rush her. She is incredibly lethal at close range with a Snap Cast Ice Spear, an incredibly powerful normal attack, and the powerful Butterfly Dash.
