What does she repair? Also add it to Repairing page.

Angevon (Talk)10:57, 12 August 2013

Definitely a Blasted Oak Wand for sure. I believe Pyrus said she doesn't fix Dual Guns.

Infodude575 (talk)11:02, 12 August 2013

If she repairs blaster oak wand, that suggests magical weapon; i repaired mine at Lassar a couple days ago.

Sozen Cratos Focker (talk)14:46, 12 August 2013

Unless this is InfoNogi, she does not repair blasted oak wands. >_>

Wait what? That doesn't make any sense. How can she sell them but not fix them? Dat DevCAT logic is stupid...

Infodude575 (talk)15:21, 12 August 2013

...You said she definitely fixes them, solely because she sells them? I can't believe i responded to that thinking you knew what you were talking about.

Sozen Cratos Focker (talk)15:34, 12 August 2013

I can sell you a house. That doesn't mean I know how to build one.

Doesn't just about every NPC who sells something have the ability to fix them, or at least have a companion who does that?

Infodude575 (talk)15:43, 12 August 2013

Let's see...

That's just some brief examples, but the list goes on. If anyone else would like to add onto the list, please do so.

Okay, okay, I'm sorry!

Infodude575 (talk)15:58, 12 August 2013

That's where the need for a companion who does fix them comes into play. Pretty much all of the ones you listed has someone else in the same village/area who does fix the stuff they themselves don't. Tracy is only the exception.

Oneris (talk)16:00, 12 August 2013

Though you can go all the way up the slope to Tir or go all the way down to Dunbarton.

Infodude575 (talk)16:12, 12 August 2013

Then, through your logic, why must Sylvia be able to repair Blasted Oak Wands? Couldn't you have bought one from her and repaired it somewhere else?

How the hell was I supposed to know what the fuck a Magic Accessory Repair is?

Infodude575 (talk)16:29, 12 August 2013

By testing it before you jumped to a conclusion based on nothing.

Sozen Cratos Focker (talk)16:33, 12 August 2013

Then how were you so definite that she repaired Blasted Oak Wands? And then after that, put Weiss as a magical accessory repairer, despite her page saying Magical Weapon Repair WHICH YOU PUT?

No comment. I'm not going to feed the fire.

Infodude575 (talk)16:38, 12 August 2013

You started the fire. Like Pyrus said, take responsibility.

And you're continuing to fuel it. Sure I make simple mistakes but it doesn't mean you get to bash me and make me look fucking bad for it.

Infodude575 (talk)16:43, 12 August 2013

S-s-simple mistakes?! Seriously? This isn't your first wrong.

but it doesn't mean you get to bash me and make me look fucking bad for it

And I wouldn't have to if you'd learn to take responsibility, fix your mistakes, verify your shit, make sure it's right, and learn from them. But nope. For you, ignorance seems to be bliss.

A typo is a simple mistake. Changing the facts in multiple pages, and telling other editors something is definite based on a baseless assumption is practically vandalism.

Sozen Cratos Focker (talk)17:16, 12 August 2013

You don't even need to at all, Kevin. Tell me, is being making rude, inappropriate, and completely unnecessary comments towards me a good and right thing to do? Sure its having effect on me, but do you think its coming to a good outcome?

Sozen, don't you think vandalism is an extravagant word in this case? Its not like I'm randomly stripping the pages down and replacing it with random crap. Yes I make mistakes by not looking through it carefully, but don't we all do that at some point?

Infodude575 (talk)17:50, 12 August 2013

Yes, we all do it at some point, but most of us learn from our mistakes quickly. You have people not only fixing them for you, but taking the time to explain where and how you went wrong, but you're still too careless to slow down and think before you edit, let alone check facts.

Sozen Cratos Focker (talk)19:26, 12 August 2013

Tell me, is being making rude, inappropriate, and completely unnecessary comments towards me a good and right thing to do?

You seriously think I haven't tried reasoning with you? I have. You've already shown me (that's not the only case) how that doesn't work.

@Sozen. I suppose my head's not in the game very much. I spend too much time focusing on Mabi and training and foruming that I lose focus on the Wiki, which is further worsened by my ADHD. Then there's my dislike for Reading and English and bad grades for it which leads me to my poor usage of grammar. For that I apologize. But aren't we supposed to help each other out no matter what, like a group fighting together to conquer the Raid Boss?

@Kevin. I surrendered that talk FOR YOU because I didn't want the arguing to drag on for so long. But yet, here you are, pissing at me because of a mistake I made, creating a long and pointless talk here. Every time I do something wrong, you rage at me.

Lets just stop the pyramid already. This is unhealthy for us and anyone else.

Infodude575 (talk)20:56, 12 August 2013

If grammar is tough for you, there are programs that can do most of the work for you. This won't help with specific word usage, but if you ctrl+c, ctrl+v your text to and from something like Word, it will catch most of your grammar mistakes for you.

Sozen Cratos Focker (talk)21:13, 12 August 2013

Commerce partner sells Glasses. Repairs nothing.

Butler sells Handicraft Kits and Fishing Rods. Repairs neither of those.

Maid sells Monocles, cooking tools and some Magical Clothing.

Many NPCs sell items that are irreparable.

Sozen Cratos Focker (talk)16:28, 12 August 2013

Yeah, her companion who fixes them is Weiss. They just happen to have terribly redundant shops selling essentially the same things.

And why are there even two versions of one weapon with only changes in durability?

Oneris (talk)15:45, 12 August 2013

There all one version; they just, like you said, vary in durability.

DevCAT Logic is really really odd...

Infodude575 (talk)15:47, 12 August 2013

What's odd about that logic? How many salesmen in the real world would know how to fix half the stuff they sell?

Sozen Cratos Focker (talk)16:36, 12 August 2013

I think he means why they would have two shops that sell the same things except one shop has one item that's clearly superior for the same price.

Oneris (talk)16:50, 12 August 2013

How can she sell them but not fix them? Dat DevCAT logic is stupid...

No, he definitely doesn't.

I honestly don't know, I don't take any business classes. But shouldn't salesmen at least know about some things about their products or something?

Infodude575 (talk)16:51, 12 August 2013

Knowing about is not the same as knowing how.

You can know what your computer's specs, but that doesn't necessarily mean you know how to build or repair one.

If I'm correct, she repairs the new magic crafted accessories. I'll check.

Yep, she repairs shyllien accessories.

Can someone check if normal accessory repairs can repair magical accessories? They should show up in the list, at the least, but I have none to test with.
