Notes & Advice Notes Must be defeated by a someone wielding an Ice Pole or a Small Ice Pillar in order for the Mirror Witch to spawn. NOTE: If the Wendigo is killed by anything else other than these weapons, the dungeon will clear. These weapons are dropped from the ceiling when the Wendigo uses Stomp. After the Wendigo is defeated with one of these weapons, there will be a cutscene. After the cutscene, the Mirror Witch will be spawned in the Boss Room. Warning: Using Assault Slash with these weapons to land the finishing blow will not count as a finishing blow with said weapon. Setting a party finish to "Anyone in the Party" will not activate the cutscene. Using Play Dead once Wendigo has aggroed you can sometimes bait Wendigo to use Stomp. Advice After defeat, its corpse will not despawn. The Mirror Witch can indefinitely resurrect the body. You can stop the Mirror Witch from resurrecting Wendigo by knocking her back or stunning her before she can complete the resurrection. You can also avoid this by setting party finish rule to "Anyone in the Party" and not finishing it.

Trivia

• The Wendigo uses the same base Model than giants. When the Giant M model was revamped, Wendigo was also affected.
  • This may essentially confirm that Wendigo was indeed a Giant.
• In Algonquian mythology, Wendigos are malevolent spirits that cause insatiable greed and hunger, and induce a wish for cannibalism in the humans they possess.
