The Banshee is the boss of Peaca Basic. She can only be harmed through the use of a Ghost Sword.

Bring Cheap Leather Straps with you in enough quantity and a Handicraft Kit to ensure you can keep crafting Ghost Swords, as the summoned ghosts will still drop the Ghost Fluid required to craft them.
Counterattack while wielding the ghost sword is an effective way to deal with her melee attacks.
Once enough Ghost Swords have been produced for the party, lure her to a corner and have everyone spam Windmill with the swords equipped.
If you attempt to Play Dead, she may cast Fireball while you remain in Play Dead mode. Try summoning pets quickly if she tries to cast any magic, ordering them to attack once and quickly calling them back. Pets with an AOE summon such as the Perseus and Bone Dragon can simply be summoned instead.
