The Arrow Revolver skill was invented not by archers but wizards. The idea of loading arrows in advance came from charging Icebolts. For beginners, it would be challenging to load even 2 arrows due to the high tension of the bow string. Thus, loading 5 arrows and maintaining that state would seem mysterious and almost magical to beginners.

Details

  • Human-only Skill.
  • Requires a Bow or Crossbow and their respective Missile to use.
  • Arrow Revolver automatically loads and stacks 5 missiles.
    • Each shot must be aimed separately.
    • The firing delay between each shot is dependent on the weapon's Attack Speed.
    • Should the weapon's durability reach 0 before all shots are fired, it is still possible to fire off the remaining number of missiles.
    • The skill can be loaded again if the user has less than 5 missiles remaining. This will reset the number of shots available to 5.
  • While the skill is loaded, the user will be slowed to a walk.
    • Using a Crossbow allows the user to run freely.
  • Uses up one missile per shot.
  • One shot is lost upon getting hit/knocked back.
    • It is possible for the aim-meter to go up while this is happening.
  • The skill is canceled when knocked down.
  • Arrow Revolver's cooldown restarts after every shot.
    • The cooldown only applies to loading the skill, and not the individual shots.
  • Starting at Rank 5, the first shot gains an aim bonus; the aiming meter starts at the number listed, greatly improving aiming speed.
  • As a Ranged ability, the effects are shunted by Natural Shield and the missile can be dodged by Evasion.

How to Get Quest

Talk to Aranwen with the Skills Keyword with the Fire Arrow title equipped and while not doing another Skill Quest (Final Hit, Final Shot, Fireball, Thunder, Ice Spear, Fusion Bolt, Hail Storm, Shock, Campfire Rank C - > B, Composing Rank 8 -> 7, and Musical Knowledge Rank 9 -> 8, 7 -> 6, and 4 -> 1).

Briefing In order to learn the Arrow Revolver skill, you'll need to complete the 'Book of Arrow Revolver'. Collect pages 1-10 of the 'Book of Arrow Revolver' and enchant each page in order. -Aranwen-

Additional Information
  • Aranwen will provide a 1x2 book, Book on Arrow Revolver, to place pages into the book. Be sure to have enough inventory space.
    • Collect pages 1-10 and enchant them into the book. The enchant success rate is 100%.
      • The pages have a relatively low drop rate.
      • Right-clicking a page and using allows adding higher-ranked pages into the book without needing an enchanter.
      • The pages must be enchanted in order. If a previous page is mistakenly enchanted, progress will revert back to that page.
        • For example, a player's book has up to page 5 enchanted, but they mistakenly re-add page 1; the player would then be required to re-add pages 2 and above.
      • The pages have a time limit, and must be enchanted into the book before it expires.
    • The book cannot be traded or stored on pets but can be put in bank.
    • If the player drops the book, a new page-less one can be acquired by giving up the quest and then re-accepting it.
    • The completed book is not a "book" in the sense that it cannot be opened and read.
  • Forfeiting the quest will not remove the book from the player's inventory.
