Description
His imposing red tattoo around his eye, his snow leopard armor and commanding loud voice, makes you quickly realize that you're standing in the presence of the Physis Giant king.
Krug Seerbarsch is a stern Giant, who is also the revered King of the Giants and has a pet eagle called Waschbar. Krug is located in the southern part of Vales, inside the Chief's House. His wife is Queen Kirine and she can be found nearby him. His sister Karpfen was sent to Taillteann as a representative for the Giants.
Krug will "bless" Giants and Giant-allied Humans when talked to. Giants will receive 15 Strength and Will, while allied Humans receive 10 Strength and Will. This blessing will last indefinitely unless a player logs out, changes channels, leaves Vales, or becomes Knocked Unconscious.

As revealed in some keyword usages, Krug's father waged war with the elves, but sometime later, he died. Many people tried to claim the throne, including Zeder's father, a popular man who wanted to end the war and usher in peace with the elves. However, Krug, unhappy that Zeder's father was opposing everything that his father stood for and his popular support nearing him to the crown, secretly had Zeder's father assassinated. With Zeder's father dead, Krug took the throne without question and became the king, then continued his father's campaign to annihilate the elves and win the war.
However, Krug knew that Zeder's father had a son, so he had Wanst adopt Zeder to raise him and keep him under surveillance in case he were to end up like his father and fight Krug for power. However, in present day, Zeder is fully aware of what happened and is secretly sharpening his blade of revenge.

After Languhiris takes over Hillwen Mine, the Milletian and Shamala aids Krug and their forces in reclaiming it. However, Languhiris's return causes them to retreat back to Vales, and the White Dragon shortly marches toward the city of the giants. Krug leads the counterattack, but it is ultimately a Cessair's intervention by forcing the Milletian to black out that brings out the dismay of the White Dragon and causing it to leave. In the aftermath, Krug rests, exhausted from the long battles.
After the Milletian race joins forces with the giants to reclaim Hillwen Mine, they are successful, and Krug thanks them but feels that something is amiss as it was much easier to take it back that time.
Cessair's Heart attempts to assassinate Krug to try to sever the connection between the elves and the Milletian race, but is thwarted by the timely arrival of the Milletian, forcing the Cessair organization to retreat. As thanks, Kirine agrees to help clear up the misunderstanding and tension the Cessair created between the Milletian, the giants, and the elves.
Krug agrees to send reinforcements to help the Milletian combat the Cessair as thanks for supporting the giants and saving his life.
