Dowra briefly appears next to Krug as the giants of Vales plan a strategy to recapture the Hillwen Mine from Languhiris.
When Millia attempts to prepare the real charm, Lelach suggests to request aid from the giants to drive back the Cessair's ambush. Upon the Milletian's arrival in Vales, Dowra states that she needs Krug's permission, but is unavailable as he is still recovering from his wounds during the battle for the Hillwen Mine.
However, Dowra appears at the last second before the battle starts, boasting that giants would never turn down a fight. After the fight, Dowra says that they received permission from Kirine and that they helped them attempt to reclaim Hillwen Mine. Dowra offers the Milletian to join them in the recapture of Hillwen Mine, stating that Kirine is offering a reward.
After the Milletian and the Giant forces successfully reclaim Hillwen Mine, Millia has the Milletian request aid from Dowra again to help defeat the Cessairs in Zardine. Dowra agrees, on the condition they lead the entire giant forces, knowing that they fear nothing.
However, upon arrival at Zardine, the elf captain Maike bickers with the Dowra about searching territory. The Milletian eventually stops the two and Maike grudgingly agrees to scout elsewhere. Unfortunately, Maike's forces soon stumble upon the Cessairs, and after a battle their leader Black Mask instantly subdues the other Milletians, who transforms into demons and attack Dowra and her forces.
Dowra orders a retreat from the onslaught and after regrouping near Raspa Volcano she suggests to launch a counterattack, as their enemies forces are probably weakened from the battle. Maike insults her by stating she only cares about killing reasons that his and her soldiers are either parents, children, or finaces and asks if she had ever lost a loved one, but Dowra counters by stating that if they do not attack, Vales will fall and then so will Filia. Millia approaches and states that their soldiers can hear them bickering, then agrees with Dowra that attacking would be the best option, as retreating would leave them at a disadvantage.
After the Milletian returns and Maike tries to detain them as they had lost the charm and may transform into a demon at will, Dowra agrees with him, but an owl helps the Milletian escape.
Dowra attempts to step in as Cessair's Heart and her goons attempts to assassinate Krug, but the Milletian's arrival forces the Cessairs to retreat. As repayment, Kirine clears the misunderstanding between them and the giants.
In the drama commentary, Dowra is believed to be older than Kirine yet looks younger than her. Dowra laughs it off and explains that it is a natural thing of eating well, sleeping well, and fighting all the time, and spars with her troops when there is no presence of enemies.
Dowra discusses with Odran and Maike on dealing with the Cessair. Odran notes that their enemies do not seem to run on any supplies and suggests letting them fight on empty stomachs; Dowra agrees, but wonders if their enemies actually do not need provisions at all. Odran then suggests using full force; Dowra once again agrees, but Maike disagrees as they have too many numbers. Shamala shortly arrives and warns them of the Cessair's plan to use Millia as a sacrifice; Dowra suggests immediately rallying and full force, but Maike once again disagrees stating their weapons will tear them apart. Dowra then turns to Akule and suggests using his charms, one of which exploded previously, as a weapon, but Akule refuses and claims them as harmless. Ordan then suggests using decoys; Dowra and Maike agree to it.
Dowra and her forces moves in to secure the Renes Mana Tunnel and engage the Cessair and their demon forces.
Dowra, Maike, and Odran regroup. Dowra thought her life was over when Tarlach confronted her, but Maike reminds her and Odran of the injured. The three leaders stare at each other for a moment and then turn to their subordinates as if nothing had happened.
