Ascent to the Throne

Ascent to the Throne is a quest that immediately happens after the events of Generation 23: Tempest and introduces the player to the Awakened Abyssal Lord Tech Duinn mission.

	Information	Waaah! A weird monster has appeared! Help, help!!
Instruction	Talk to Far Darrig in Scuabtuinne You can talk to any of the Far Darrigs on the island. Examine the suspicious location Talk to the mysterious dark creature Enter the land beyond the mists You will be briefly taken to the Awakened Abyssal Lord Tech Duinn mission. You will not need to clear the mission at this point. Talk to Darrig in Scuabtuinne Examine temple-abducting creature in Awakened Abyssal Lord mission You do not need to fight at this point. Simply reaching Kraken Rex will fulfill the quest requirements. Talk to Far Darrig You will be awarded 50,000 EXP, 50,000 gold, as well as a Tech Duinn Mission Pass - Awakened Abyssal Lord (Elite) x1 for completing the quest.
