Peculiar Children

• Peculiar Children is a story-oriented sidequest that grants access to a new area, Mag Mell, and its two dungeons. It also serves as the tutorial questline for the Pet Trainer talent.
• To start this quest, you must equip a Fynn Bell.
  

Depending on your choice at the end of the story, you will be awarded with one of the following titles:

• the Ever-Sincere 1st Title
  or
  who Cherishes Childlike Innocence 1st Title
  • Both titles give the same stats: Will +40, Luck +30, Max MP +50

Instruction	Talk to Heulfryn at the Qilla Base Camp. Defeat 5 Capybara in the Calida region Talk to the small child Talk to the child again while a pet is summoned Talk to the child once more Obtain the Capybara's Fynni Gem Talk to Pinkie to enter the RP mission. RP character inventory will have Movement Speed 40% Potions and Power Potions which can help with the mission. Deliver 5 Capybara Fynni Gems to Pinkie The quest will complete and you will receive 50,000 EXP and 5,000 Gold, as well as Rank F Fynni Catching.

Expedition Troubles

Instruction	Talk to Heulfryn at the Qilla Base Camp. Talk to Alexina at the Qilla Base Camp. The quest will complete and you will receive 50,000 EXP and 5,000 Gold.

Two Pieces of Cotton Candy

Instruction	Talk to Pinkie in Filia. Talk to Pinkie again Use the Basket of Something Soft and Furry to summon a new pet Talk to the child again while Fynni Fynn is summoned Note: If you already have completed this quest on a different character in the same server, you will not receive a second Fynni Fynn pet. The quest will complete and you will receive 50,000 EXP and 5,000 Gold, as well as Rank F Fynni Blossoming.

A Blossoming Embrace

Instruction	Install Pinkie's Blossoming Cage on your Homestead Requires a level 6 homestead to install the cage. Talk to Pinkie while a Fynni Pet you've successfully blossomed is summoned Obtain 5 Raccoon Fynni Gems Talk to Fynni Fynn Use the Small Shiny Grain Kernel while Fynni Fynn is summoned to start a conversation. Obtain 5 Bear Fynni Gems Talk to Fynni Fynn You will obtain a Trimmed Leather The quest will complete and you will receive 50,000 EXP and 5,000 Gold.

Iced Out

Instruction	Find the place Fynni Fynn is looking for near Reus River. Inspect the sparkling spot where the quest marker is, while Fynni Fynn is summoned. Talk to Fynni Fynn You will be prompted to enter a shadow mission where you must defend the unknown child from Snowfield bears. The bears will run towards the red circle where the child is. After defeating 10 bears, a Yeti will spawn. Defeat the Yeti to obtain Yeti Wool. Talk to the child Fynni Fynn must be summoned. The quest will complete and you will receive 50,000 EXP and 5,000 Gold.

Fumbling Displeasure

	Information	What was that? That strange human... They're gone! And so brave! O-of course, I'm brave too! -Fynni Fynn
Instruction	Talk to Fynni Fynn Search around the lion habitat with Fynni Fynn Inspect the sparkling spot where the quest marker is, while Fynni Fynn is summoned. You will be prompted to enter a shadow mission. Defeat Lions and Lioness to collect 10 Fynni Essence. You do not need to pick up anything. Summoning a pet will increase drop rate of Essence. After collecting 10 Essence, a Giant Lion and Lioness will spawn, defeat them. The two are on par with the old Field Boss-level versions, with less HP (?) After defeating the Giant Lion and Lioness, a short scene will play, walk to the area shown and inspect the sparkling spot. You will obtain a Lion's Mane Curio. Talk to Pinkie Pinkie can be found near Filia. Talk to her with Fynni Fynn summoned. The quest will complete and you will receive 50,000 EXP and 5,000 Gold.

A Forest Flowing with Honey

Instruction	Talk to Pinkie You will be warped to Gariech Hills just outside of Fiodh Dungeon. Talk to Pinkie in the Fiodh Dungeon Lobby Pinkie is behind the Fiodh Dungeon altar. Enter Mag Mell Talk to Pinkie Listen to what Pinkie has to say You will enter a short RP mission as Pinkie Just walk to the areas indicated. The quest will complete and you will receive 50,000 EXP and 5,000 Gold.

In Accordance

Instruction	Talk to Pinkie. Perform a Fynn Sync on Fynni Fynn. You will obtain rank N Fynn Sync. If you use Fynn Sync with any pet other than Fynni Fynn, you will only get the pop-up message "You cannot Fynn Sync with the currently summoned pet." The restriction will be lifted as soon as you obtain Rank F Fynn Sync. It is recommended to use a Fynni pet as the Sub-pet for this portion of the quest. Talk to the child again while Fynni Fynn is summoned. The quest will complete and you will receive 50,000 EXP and 5,000 Gold, as well as Rank F Fynn Sync.

Betting on the Truth

Instruction	Respond to Katell's bet You will enter the mission, Bet. Walk into one of the two circles when the countdown starts. If you get the answer wrong, you have time to walk to the other circle. Talk to Katell You will enter the mission, Right Past the Tip of Your Nose. Once you complete the mission, you will obtain a Single Yellow Flower. Talk to Katell She will take the Trimmed Leather, Yeti Wool, Lion's Mane Curio and Single Yellow Flower from you. Listen to Katell's tale Talk to Katell You will be given a title based on your response to the prompt: Choosing "You should make more of an effort" will give you the "the Ever-Sincere" 1st Title. Choosing "You have nothing to worry about" will give you the "who Cherishes Childlike Innocence" 1st Title. Titles are identical in stats. The quest will complete and you will receive 50,000 EXP and 5,000 Gold.

Instruction	Talk to Katell You will obtain rank Novice Fynn Crafting Cook food using Fynn Crafting Cook Katell's Special Snack You will be given a Gold Mushroom, Pollen, and Flour Dough for free the first time. If you fail, you must obtain the materials manually. Give food to Fynni Fynn Use the Small Shiny Grain Kernel while Fynni Fynn is summoned. Talk to Katell Talk to Pinkie The quest will complete and you will receive 50,000 EXP and 5,000 Gold, as well as Rank F Fynn Crafting.
