Sanctum
Description and Geography
The sanctum rests high above Avalon. It is a ruined temple of gigantic proportions, from which the Divine Light of Aton Cimeni suffuses the entirety of Avalon.
Landmarks
- The High Temple. Little remains in this crumbled temple beyond the memories of worship.
- The Pool of reflection, a fount of holy water surrounding a tree imbued with mysterious power. After completing Generation 21: Finale, the player can approach the mystical tree at the Pool of Reflection to empower their Nascent Divinity with Eidos.
- The Elder's coffin rests at the temple's innermost area.
History
The place was once used to worhip Aton Cimeni, and it was said that the deity themselves spoke to the believers in the sanctum.
