Fynn Sync

 Equipping a Fynn Bell while a pet is summoned will imbue the pet with a burst of Fynni power. Use this power wisely to unite the multiple Fynni in different pets within the main summoned pet. If a Fynn Sync is successful, the main summoned pet will receive the power of the Fynn to become an even more powerful pet than before. The more Fynni that successfully sync together, the stronger the Fynn Pet will become. Some speculate this is due to the Fynni's desire to grow ever more dependable, worthy of a place at their master's side.

Details

  • A pet enhanced with this skill on the right-hand side of the Fynn Sync window (Main) is known as a Fynn Pet. Box #1 in the image.

  • A pet registered to the sub-slot on the left-hand side of the Fynn Sync window (Sub) will be referenced as the sacrificed pet. Box #2 in the image.
  • For every pet registered to the sub-slot, 1 Harmonious Cosmos Perfume is required. This includes syncing multiple Fynni pets at once; each one will require a Harmonious Cosmos Perfume.
  • Fynn Sync will enhance a pet with a number of benefits including having the pet obtain rank F in Fynn Pet Mastery (Box #10 in the image) and rank F in a random Elemental skill (Box #11 in the image) the first time it is used. There is also a random chance of the Fynn Pet receiving a perk (Box #9 in the image); the acquisition rate is based on the master's Fynn Sync rank.
    • Enhancing a Fynn Pet will provide skill experience in Fynn Pet Mastery and the Elemental Skill until enough experience is gained to rank up on the pet.
      • The amount of skill experience gained is based on the total level of the sacrificed pet.
        • Both skills cannot rank up more than once in a single Fynn Sync use and excess skill experience is lost.

Fynn Inventory and Summon Time Inheritance

  • Fynn Sync also allows the Fynn Pet to inherit any inventory bags (Box #14 in the image) and summoning time (Box #8 in the image) from the sacrificed pet. Cumulative Level (Box # 6 in the image) and any remaining Pet points (Box #7 in the image) will also be transferred to the enhanced pet.
    • Fynn Pets used to enhance another Fynn Pet will pass along all inventories they have inherited and their total summoning times.
    • Pets that have been enhanced with a Exclusive Pet Pouch will also pass along their inventory and it will keep the expanded slots.
    • The best pets permanently on sale at the Cash Shop to use for inventory size and summoning time are the Himalayan and the Short Horned Lizard, respectively.
    • Fynni Pets, pets made from Fynni Blossoming, will not provide increased summoning time when sacrificed and have no inventories to pass along to the Fynn Pet.
      • Fynni Pets are very cost effective at raising the Cumulative Level of Fynn Pets, however.
      • Fynni Pets must be spawned from using a Fynni Pet Whistle; to make this faster, consider using the Fynni Pet Whistle inside Seven Nightmares as this will automatically despawn the Fynni Pet.
    • Pets cannot replace their original inventory under any circumstances.
  • A Fynn Pet that rebirths and changes species will keep their extra inventory bags and their enhanced summoning time.

Fynn Pet Elements

  • At Rank C, a Fynn Pet can have its element changed while using Fynn Sync.

Fynn Beads

  • At Rank 9, A Fynn Pet can unlock additional Fynn Bead slots while using Fynn Sync. Box #12 in the image.
    • The cost of materials is based on the slot being unlocked. Use the icon at # 3 in the image.
    • A Pet must still be sacrificed to unlock a Fynn Bead slot.
    • The training requirement "Expand a pet's Fynn Bead slots via Fynn Sync" can only be obtained by unlocking the 2nd or 3rd slots.

Fynn Friend Summons

  • At Rank 5, a Fynn Pet can unlock Friend Summon slots while using Fynn Sync. Box #13 in the image.
    • Each slot takes a number of materials that increases as more slots are unlocked. Box #5 in the image.
    • A Pet must still be sacrificed to unlock a Friend Summon slot.
      • The Pet being sacrificed is NOT the pet that is registered to the unlocked slot. The unlocked slots can use any pet you can normally summon by registering their icon on the new hotbar for the Fynn Pet.
    • To register a pet as a friend summon, drag the pet's icon into the Pet skill hotbar key on the main screen.
      • A pet can be registered or removed from a friend summon hotbar slot once a day in Erinn time.
        • This applies to the same hotkey icon, not all of the friend summon slots.
