Description and Geography

Solea is a mountainous region bordering the Moyer Ocean and includes a network of caves within its bowels. It links the Nubes Mountains in Rano to Physis.

It is the home of the Star Mark, and one may find the ocean view from its cliff rather refreshing after having traversed the maze-like caves known as the Iria Tunnels to get to it. Within the caves, there are secret doors and walls.

Solea is unique in that it has no Mana Tunnel, not even a collapsed one.

To easily pass through the caves, the easiest and fastest path through both cave networks is to stay as far southwest as possible.

Landmarks

  • The Star Mark, located in the clearing between the two cave networks.

Navigating the caves

Both cave networks have a central room with the same high pillars that can be seen in the Connous Underground Maze. These can be used to roughly know your position on the map.

  • Southern part: The closer you are to Solea, the redder the stone will be.
  • Northern part: the closer you are to Physis, the bluer the stone will be.

Exploration and Artifacts

All monsters in Solea have a very low chance (about .1%) to drop a Treasure Chest Key.png Treasure Chest Key. This key can open up one chest in Solea. These rooms are also good places to find Wings of the Goddess.


Doors

  • Leads to areas where Goblin Keepers and Saturos spawn.
  • Has glowing runes of either blue or white; They will not open automatically and a requirement must be met.
  • It is possible to get a different requirement for a door by changing channels.
  • An open door will close after a minute or two. The closed door will remain the same color but have a different requirement.
  • Doors do cut you off from certain areas in the caves. However, they all surround the same area, so as long as you can fulfill one requirement, you can get in.

Only those who have endured sea sickness can open this door. Equip "The Aspiring Sailor" title
You will be able to open this doorduel when you can wield the double sword proficiently. Doesn't work at Final Hit Rank 1 or Duel Wield Mastery Rank 1
You will be able to open this door when you can think of all the things you can make just by looking at an herb. Potion Making? (Doesn't work with Rank A)
