- The School offers some classes in which you can learn a lot by attending, but please be aware that the tuition is quite expensive. Combat lessons are quite affordable, but magic lessons are so expensive that only the rich can afford them.
I can tell you this, though. It's much cheaper and more effective to attend class and learn new skills, as opposed to studying all by yourself.

Overworking your body will render your muscles about as durable as moist tissue paper. It’s important to challenge your limits gradually, pushing a little further step by step.
- It’s more or less accepted as 'common wisdom' that Elves have a hard time learning swordsmanship. Personally, I think it’s more than possible to overcome this difficulty with persistent hard work.
In my youth, I took great pride in the fact that only a handful of warriors could fend off a blow from my scimitar. With blade in hand, I carved a path across the battlefield during our war with the Giants.
- Maike and I have been friends since we were young. We used to train together back in those days, believing that perhaps life would lead us down similar paths.
Those were such peaceful times, thinking back on it. We’d train so hard we’d just slump to the ground, entirely spent. My older sister would smirk at us, saying we still had a long way to go…

Are you talking about things like conversational skills for coaxing people’s real thoughts and feelings out of them? Pfft, I can’t just teach you such a valuable skill for free! Skills like that are coveted even by aristocrats in the Royal Court!
- I’ve traveled with merchants since I was young, so I never really attended proper classes.
It’s okay, though. I don’t have any regrets about it. I’ve gotten to meet so many different people, and managed to learn a lot--including some stuff that they’ll never teach you in schools.

- You're asking the right person. I know all about this! If you want to get good at fighting, you have to sharpen your sense of timing and positioning. It's not enough to hit the enemy as hard as you can. You have to hit them when they're weakest, where they're weakest!
