- If you ever head down to Myrddin in southern Iria, you can board a deep sea fishing boat operated by the Petra Marine Transportation Corp. They'll let you haul up all sorts of weird creatures from the briny deep.
Having some experience on a boat would benefit you a lot if you're planning on sailing on a ship like that. They sail pretty far out, so if you're not used to being at sea, you're probably going to have it rough.
Back when I went, I spent a long time fishing. Never caught anything big, though, haha. It made me wonder...why IS there so much junk floating around in the sea?

- There was a time when I didn't catch a single fish in over 84 days. It was such a slump and every day was so difficult because we were all so miserable that everyday felt like such an effort. Every night, we'd just have a string of empty ships docking in the harbor. Then one day, we finally came across a giant blue marlin in the ocean. Anyway, so we fought this fish for over two days and we finally brought it down.
The problems, though, that we were about to face, were just beginning at that point. Dozens of sharks, which had smelled the scent of the marlin's blood, started gathering around our fishing boat.
I had been fighting against the blue marlin, so I was dizzy, and throwing up all over the place while the nasty sharks had no pity on us.
Among these sharks were even huge great whites, which were the size of a small house, which I finally was able to defeat with a critical hit using my harpoon.
I don't know how many times I was spinning with the harpoon, honestly. When I finally stopped to look around, I realized that the entire ocean surrounding me was full of dead sharks.
