Some of them have set strict times for breaks and rest, because they know they'd never take it otherwise. I understand how tempting it can be to simply stay awake for as long as you can think straight. There's so much to study!
But it's important to let your mind take a break sometimes. I've come up with some of my best ideas while just sitting idle.
My advice to you is, don't neglect to take breaks when you need to, CharacterName. I know you're very busy yourself, so I figured you could do with a reminder.

Sometimes I'll meet up with friends that I haven’t gotten to see in a while because of work, or go shopping for some new clothes. Sometimes I just stroll around window shopping--which is the cheapest kind of shopping you can do! Whatever I end up doing, I'm never short of ideas for how to spend my days off.
Linden seems to like just relaxing at home when he's off. It’s not that I don’t get it, but...it seems like kind of a waste of precious free time, you know?
